Nikita Paschenko - Partner and General Manager
Nikita has received a full British education and has been working in strategy consulting as well as in oil & gas industries for a number of years, before starting to do what really makes his heart beat. Having climbed mountains in the Himalayas and Patagonia, solo-crossed deserts and rain forests of Australia and SE Asia, and traveled numerously across Europe, he know exactly what makes an exciting and safe travel itinerary. Nikita has been to many corners of Russia, testing every route and every guide personally. He is fluent in English and Portuguese.
Anna Chelo – Incoming Manager
Before joining the company Anna has worked in incoming business tourism for more than 3 years. She has an excellent knowledge of hotel base around the whole of Russia and an expertise of planning and operating the most complicated trips around the country. Capable of solving any potential difficult situation she is responsible for the interesting but demanding destinations on the Trans-Siberian route. Besides work she is a little short of completing her part-time degree in hospitality & tourism. Anna is fluent in English.

Katrin Fedulova – Incoming Manager
Katrin has finished State University in Moscow with and degree in law. She is a professional in tourism with more than 5 years of work experience in different fields of the industry. Within the company she is a leading expert for Moscow and St. Petersburg operation and group handling. Katrin also takes a great interest in photography and hence approaches working process with creative touch. Free time is mostly occupied by traveling around Russia and abroad where fluency in English comes as a great advantage.

Timofey Minichkin – Incoming Manager
Tim has graduated from St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance as the specialist in strategy planning and business consulting. He always combined his studies with adventure travels around the globe as well with guide, tour-leader and trip organizer work for foreign travelers around Russia. Tim is an experienced mountain climber, trekking leader, and rafting guide which makes him a real expert in incoming adventure tourism within Ruski Connection. Tim is also fluent in English.

Nathan Moore – Partner and International Strategy Manager
As a proud Australian Nathan has graduated from a Brisbane University and set off to discover the world and after nearly ten years he has lived and worked in many countries including Russia, Japan and the UK. As a passionate traveler Nathan covered many grounds from the Silk Route to Monaco. As an expert in marketing and finance, he makes an invaluable contribution to the company driving the marketing strategy and systemizing quality control throughout all of the operations. He is fluent in Japanese.
Alexander Kravchenko – Incoming & Finance Manager
Alex has studied in France and traveled in India. A part from running the financial side of the company Alex also makes sure the trips on Lake Baikal run as smooth as possible. He is fluent in English and French.
Besides our core team in the main office there is a number of tour leaders, guides, instructors, chefs, boat captains, helicopter pilots and bus drivers, which have all been carefully chosen and tested in the hardest situations. They all meet the highest level of professionalism by international standards, they all have years of experience and a wealth of knowledge in their field, finally like us they are all passionate about what they do and aim to be the best at it.
