There are many naturally beautiful spots in the region and the magic island of Olkhon is undoubtedly one of the main ones.

This tour is designed for those travelers that want to discover the natural beauty and the energy of the lake, as well as to explore the mysteries and wonders of its biggest island, all in a timeframe of just over a week. Olkhon is considered one of five poles of shamanistic energy.

You would not have to sacrifice on the physical comforts to appreciate its spiritual calm, because we pay special attention to the comfort and the entertainment of our guests. With that in mind the vessels at your service are newly renovated comfortable cruisers where you will overnight in quiet bays, enjoy the home cooking of our chef, get some rest during the day fishing or sun bathing (yes, in the middle of Siberia!).

DAY 1

Transfer by minivan from Irkutsk to MRS (4 hrs) - a picturesque straight between mainland and Olkhon. Rest and free time. Choice of evening excursions. First night aboard.

DAY 2

Sail to Olkhon. Sacral shamanistic places tour (you might even meet with local shaman). Visit the northern highest observation point of the Island - the peak of Hoboy. Overnight on the boat

DAY 3

Full day exploring the island including excursions to some smaller uninhabited islands. Fishing and bathing. Overnight aboard.

DAY 4

Sail to Sennaya Bay which is part of a national park (12 hrs). See hidden prehistoric rock carvings. Traditional Siberian banya on the lake shore. Night aboard near the Peak of Shibetskiy.

DAY 5

Leisure day at the bay. Fishing and bathing. Two-hour trek along the picturesque shore among the stilt-like trees on route to Peschannaya Bay.

DAY 6

Seven-hour sail to the south of the lake passing Listvyanka and Angara river. Stay by the Circular Baikal Railroad. Russian banya. Night aboard in the picturesque bay of Shumiha river.

DAY 7

Whole day of history and legends of the Trans-Siberian railway and an exiting walking excursions to the tunnels and bridges of the Circum Baikal Railroad . Overnight on the boat.

DAY 8

Sail to the start of Angara river. Finish the voyage in Listvyanka village. Visit of local fish market. Trip to an interesting museum of wooden architecture Taltsy. Transfer to Irkutsk.
