Our shortest boat tour is just packed with interesting activities and experiences. It combines the sites of picturesque shores of Lake Baikal, history and legends of the legendary Circum Baikal Railroad and spirit of freedom in the mountains surrounding Tunka Valley. Like other voyages this itinerary can become part of the custom designed Trans-Siberian itinerary or in a combination with trekking or rafting tour become part of a real Siberian adventure over a few weeks.

DAY 1

Transfer from Irkutsk to Listvyanka. Visit museum of wooden architecture Taltsy. Visit Lemonological museum. Walking excursion to Chersky Peak. Russian banya. Overnight in a wooden guest house.

DAY 2

Sail to Peschanaya bay (5 hrs). See hidden prehistoric rock carvings. Two-hour trek along the picturesque shore among the stilt-like trees. Traditional Siberian banya on the lake shore. Overnight in the boat cabins.

DAY 3

Sail to southern part of the lake (7 hrs). Half a day of history and legends of the Trans-Siberian railway and an exiting walking excursions to the tunnels and bridges of the Circum Baikal Railroad. Overnight on the boat.

DAY 4

Early sail to Kultuk village. Transfer by van to Arshan village in the breathtaking Tunka Valley (3 hrs). Accommodation in the hotel.

DAY 5

Whole day of walking and sightseeing excursions in Arshan surroundings with exiting mountain views, rivers and waterfalls. Excursion to the Buddhist Temples. Traditional local dinner in a restaurant. Night in a hotel.

DAY 6

Transfer to Irkutsk (4 hrs).
