You will hear about the principles of the Orthodox beliefs and see why the iconic depictions of the Russian church have inspired followers for over a thousand years and survived Stalin's purge on religion. This walk begins at the headquarters of Russian Orthodox faith, south of the city centre, meanders through a splendid part of the city sprinkled with Tsarist atmosphere and ends at the spectacular delight of St. Basil's Cathedral.
