Peterhoff (known also as Petrodvorets - "Peter's Palace") was cherished by Peter the Great who invited the greatest artisans and engineers to create this place. Magical fountains were first turned on in 1721 and till now please numerous visitors and admirers of the Emperor residence. Peterhof remains the symbol of the finesse and wealth of Russian Empire.
